CONTENT STRATEGY: MY APPROACH

A robust content strategy begins with an organization’s “why”. What are we trying to solve for? What experience do we need to curate for customers? What’s working? What isn’t?

As a content strategist, I am in continuous pursuit of paths unexplored. A problem solver and insatiable creative at heart, I strive to differentiate content experiences to help companies stand out in a crowded market.

From intuitive UX to diversified content mediums to sharp design, I implement a comprehensive, cross-functional approach when strategizing within complex business systems.

Success, to me, is in the details. When leading a project, the following are non-negotiables:

  • A thorough project plan with key milestones, deadlines, and a communication strategy

  • Specific KPIs to measure success in flight

  • A risk analysis and prepared solutions

  • Documentation that contains budget, scope, key stakeholders, etc.

Below are two examples of content hubs I helped create from ideation to execution/socialization. The purpose of each hub was to generate revenue via event registrations and keep organization members apprised of large-scale changes happening in their respective industries.
